Who we are

At the Neurodiversity Inclusion Project, we believe that inclusion is not a checkbox to be marked or a legal hurdle to be cleared—it is a commitment to creating worlds where every brain is valued. Founded on the principle that neurodivergent individuals should not have to "mask" to fit into a rigid system, we provide parents, educators, and administrators with the practical tools and strength-based strategies needed to move from mere compliance to true belonging.

Our approach is rooted in the Social Model of Disability: we don't look to "fix" the individual; we look to optimize the environment. By combining advocacy, mentorship, and systemic audits, we bridge the gap between home and school, ensuring that the unique brilliance of every student is recognized and supported. Whether we are coaching a parent through an IEP or training an entire school staff, our mission remains the same: to build a more inclusive future, one environment at a time.
